• International Workers’ Day parade through Wells from Cathedral Green to Bishop’s Barn with banners, whistles, music and paraphernalia. There will be stalls, speakers, fun and music at the Barn to celebrate working in Somerset. Meet at Brown’s Gate, Sadler Street, 11.30am; parade noon; at the Barn 12.30pm- 4pm.
